Ticket cancellation is available from your profile or my trips page when the trip and operator policy allow cancellation.

How To Cancel

Log in with the phone number used for booking, open your profile, go to My Trips, select the booking, review refund details, and confirm cancellation.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the operator policy, cancellation time, payment status, and payment gateway result. BharatTnT initiates and tracks eligible online refunds where supported. Offline cash refunds are handled by the operator.
