Data We Collect

We may collect phone number, name, email, age, gender, booking details, trip details, payment references, device/session data, operator business information, agent profile information, and support messages.

How We Use Data

We use data for authentication, booking, ticketing, payment reconciliation, refunds, operator and agent permissions, fraud prevention, reporting, support, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Operator And Agent Data

Operators and approved agents can see data required for their own operational work. They must use passenger and booking data only for legitimate travel, booking, support, and compliance purposes.

Third Parties

Payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, hosting providers, analytics, banks, and compliance partners may process limited data required for their services. BharatTnT is responsible for its own systems; third-party processing is also governed by those providers’ policies and applicable law.

Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, secure cookies, role-based permissions, and operational logs. No system is risk-free, and users should keep OTPs and account access private.
