Refund Policy

1. Passenger Ticket Refunds
Passenger ticket refunds depend on the operator’s trip cancellation rules, cancellation timing, payment status, and payment gateway result. If auto-refund is enabled and supported for the payment, BharatTnT initiates the eligible refund through the configured payment gateway.
BharatTnT controls the booking system, refund request creation, refund status tracking, and webhook reconciliation. Final banking settlement, UPI/card reversal timelines, and gateway processing are handled by third-party payment networks and are not fully controlled by BharatTnT.
2. Operator-Cancelled Trips
If an operator cancels a trip, eligible passengers may receive a refund based on the operator policy and payment gateway rules. BharatTnT may help process and track refunds, but the operator remains responsible for accurate service cancellation communication.
3. Failed Or Duplicate Payments
If money is debited but the booking is not confirmed, BharatTnT verifies payment gateway status and attempts reconciliation. Bank or gateway reversal timelines may vary.
4. Operator Subscription Refunds
Operator subscriptions are commercial service plans for access to the BharatTnT network, admin dashboard, agent tools, payment routing, and related services. Standard onboarding may require a minimum six-month commitment at the agreed per-bus monthly price, currently starting from ₹800 per bus per month unless separately agreed.
Subscription refunds are not automatic. Refund eligibility depends on onboarding terms, service activation status, consumed service period, setup work already completed, and written approval from BharatTnT.
5. Scope Of Responsibility
BharatTnT is responsible for refund workflows and records under its control. BharatTnT is not responsible for delays or failures caused by operators, banks, payment gateways, UPI networks, card networks, internet providers, or circumstances outside BharatTnT’s control.
