Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These terms apply to BharatTnT passenger booking services, the BharatTnT operator admin and agent platform, and optional branded operator apps powered by BharatTnT.

1. Platform Role

BharatTnT provides software, booking, payment routing, operator admin, agent, and passenger marketplace services. Bus operations, vehicle condition, route operation, staff conduct, boarding, travel, delays, and cancellations are controlled by the respective bus operator unless explicitly managed by BharatTnT.

2. Passenger Bookings

Passengers may search and book tickets from available operators. Seat availability, fare, cancellation terms, and pickup/drop details are confirmed by the backend at booking time. BharatTnT may reject or cancel a booking where payment fails, seats are unavailable, or operator/trial/payment status blocks service.

3. Operator And Agent Access

Operators receive access to admin tools for buses, routes, trips, bookings, agents, coupons, and reports. Agents may access operator dashboards only after the relevant operator approves them. Operators are responsible for accurate trip, fare, pickup, cancellation, and passenger communication data.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed through payment partners such as Razorpay. Operator settlements are routed to operator-linked accounts where configured. BharatTnT controls platform software and routing records, but bank, payment gateway, UPI, and card network processing timelines are not fully under BharatTnT control.

5. Subscriptions

Operator subscription, trial, and onboarding plans are governed by the commercial terms agreed during onboarding. The standard subscription may include a minimum onboarding commitment such as six months at the applicable per-bus monthly price.

6. Limitation Of Responsibility

BharatTnT is responsible for services and systems directly provided and controlled by BharatTnT. BharatTnT is not responsible for events outside its control, including operator bus operation, traffic, weather, law-and-order issues, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, or third-party service failures.
